Private Table Bookings

Private Table Bookings are subject to availability. Bookings are based on a first-come-first-serve system. Bookings may be made up to 14 days in advance and anytime prior to the booking time.

Payment for the table reservation must be paid at the time of booking, either online or in person. Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to the commencement of the booking. Bookings that are cancelled greater than 1 hour from the commencement time are entitled to a full refund. Booking fees are forfeited by the booking player if cancelled within 1 hour or if the player does not show. Players may be considered as a ‘no-show’ if arriving more than 15 minutes late for a booking, entitling Table Tennis Collective to rebook the table and the player forfeiting the booking fee.

The booking customer may pick from two tiers of Private Table Rental:

A. "Standard" package - Includes the table and standard training rackets and training balls.

B. "Super" package - Upgraded package that includes the loan of up to four ITTF approved bats and two 3-star ITTF balls to use. The booking customer is also included in a Table Tennis Collective monthly draw for a private table tennis coaching session with one of our top tier coaches.

Rates vary depending on the membership status of the player and their guests in their group. The following table is a break down of the cost or discountsd based on the booking group:

TTC assumes the highest status member in a group is leading the booking, regardless of who is paying. We then assess the highest membership status our of all guests in the group to determine the final cost. For a booking under a Premium member, only the first guest is considered. The rate does not change for bookings made by Annual or Non-Members, regardless of the number of guests. If a Premium member has a Guest Pass remaining, the cost of the session is free. Note: the ‘Guest Pass’ covers all guests for that booking.

A maximum of 4 people may form part of a single booking for a single table. Additional tables will need to be hired for the number of guests exceeding 4. Bookings include the loan of up to 4 bats and 1-2 balls for the booking party, for the duration of the booked time. A maximum of 2 hours can be booked for a single table in a single booking. Bookings are a minimum of 1 hour.

The selection of a period of time under the 'Super' package entitles the use of higher quality, internationally approved bats and balls. The entry to a monthly draw for a free private coaching session is entered under the name of the person who booked the private table. Winners are notified via email.

Players who cause unnecessary damage to loaned bats, balls or the hired table due to misuse, or through actions unrelated to the game of table tennis, are liable for replacement costs equal to equivalent products available to Table Tennis Collective.

Table Tennis Collective is not liable for injuries sustained by players using our facilities or services.
